During my time as Haribo COO I was impressed with Human Resources approach at Haribo Benelux. In my view it was the most advanced , most engaging , development and talent HR focused Haribo local organization, which An created and was managing. She is not afraid to take risks as far as people’ development is concerned , is very proactive and open . She is very good communicator and doesn’t give up easily on her ideas. I’d recommend her to and organization and would like to work with her again.
